Today on The Christopher Gabriel Program: The Youth Sports Safety Alliance has come out with a comprehensive proposal that would seek to help protect the nearly 8 million students participating in high school sports every year. The biggest item put into the mix: Adequate medical care for everyone, in practices and in games. Also, a Michigan high school has banned their football team from engaging in any sort of prayer before, during or after the game. They’ve been doing it for over 10 years, one family complained to the ACLU, and the practice has stopped. These topics & Tracy Frank in for this weeks Culture Watch and Dayna Del Val is in to tell us a new initiative in F/M area.
