Tuesday, December 17

Today on The Christopher Gabriel Program: I’ll welcome back to the program NDSU Athletics Director Gene Taylor. Gene’s been on many times, but this will be the first time he’s joined me in studio. Also, FMCT Artistic Director Scott M Brusven. The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis has reported massive losses in revenue. I’m interested in knowing, among other things, how the major arts organization in the Midwest affects ev…eryone else – for better or for worse. No one better to discuss that with than Scott. Also, Marisa Bengtson-Loerzel stops by to talk about what I believe is an under-reported gem of an idea here in Fargo… and it’s something Marisa started: The Joy Project. That and more as we’re ready to go for a spring-like Tuesday.

And don’t forget our regular features: Top 5 @ Noon and Late Night Comic Highlights.

If you’d like to join the discussion – and we welcome that daily – you can do it one of three ways: You can pop into our live chat room we call “The Gabby Lounge” at WDAY.com on the AM 970 page. Join us as a guest or a regular user. Either way, it’s free!

You can email us in studio: talk@wday.com.

And you can call our studio lines: (701) 293-9000 or toll free (888) 970-9329.

AM 970 WDAY and worldwide online to our listeners in Estes Park, Colorado… Milwaukee… Chicago… New York City… San Francisco… a little cafe in Zurich and beyond on WDAY.com.
